- Restaurant vendors: We share your name, order details, and delivery or pickup instructions with the restaurant preparing your food. For pickup and curbside orders, we share your name and contact information so the vendor can coordinate handoff.
- Delivery drivers: We share your name, delivery address, phone number, and order details with drivers assigned to deliver your order.
- Payment processors: We share payment information with Stripe to process transactions securely.
- Service providers: We share information with third-party service providers who assist with email delivery (AWS SES), SMS communications (Twilio), mapping and directions (Google Maps), analytics, hosting, and other operational needs.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pick and Chop, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order history and transaction records are retained for at least 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes.
