SMS Opt-In Disclosure

This page documents how Pick and Chop customers provide consent to receive SMS notifications during the order checkout process.

How Consent Is Collected at Checkout

During the checkout flow on pickandchop.com and the Pick and Chop mobile app, customers enter their mobile phone number and are presented with the following opt-in checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default — customers must actively select it to consent.

Message Program Details

    Message Types Strictly transactional. Messages are sent only in relation to an active order: order confirmation, restaurant acceptance, preparation updates, driver assigned, out for delivery, delivered confirmation, and support follow-up.

    Message Frequency Frequency varies by order. Customers typically receive 2–4 messages per order placed. No recurring marketing messages are sent.
  • 💵
    Message & Data Rates Message and data rates may apply depending on the customer's mobile carrier plan.

How to Opt Out

Customers may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying to any Pick and Chop message with:
